Waterfall Plumbing….{Loudoun County Portrait Photographer}

Behind the scenes stuff has to be done, too.  It’s boring and not nearly as fun to watch happen as when they placed the rocks and transformed a dirt hole into a pretty place.  But I’m trying to be patient and understand that this part is really really necessary so the water flows and is filtered appropriately.  But still, not nearly as much fun.

Of course, this is after the whole day yesterday was basically lost because the guys had to dig an extra trench to divert ground water from seeping into the pond area…because ALL that water over the weekend made one heck of a mess of my project!

So here is the update from today…Looks like they need at least two more full days on this, so I still don’t have a good ETA on when the project will be completed. I am told, though, that plants might be on their way to the nursery at least – so that’s a big step closer to my actually getting them here and in the ground.
