Snow, snow, and more snow….and more coming we’re told {Loudoun County Photography}

Well, it doesn’t look like I’m going anywhere anytime soon, and no one is getting here either!  I’m taking this “down time” in between shoveling the 30″ of snow that fell between last Friday and Saturday to clean up, reorganize and repaint my basement studio.  I LOVE the new paint colors in the hallway to the studio, it was so worth repainting.  Of course, new paint means I needed to order new studio samples for the walls, which made me re-evaluate my studio samples and I’ve seriously been neglecting ordering any images for myself in months!  So I fixed that (and spent lots of money to boot, LOL) and sent off orders for a few of my favorites from my senior representatives last year.  I’m very excited to be putting this one up as a LARGE canvas –

And for those of you who want to see the snow images, I’ll put a few here of the house and surrounding area.  It’s a lot of snow…and I can’t believe any of us will be going anywhere anytime soon.  Most folks are still stuck in their homes and you can’t even walk through this much snow, so literally, folks are stuck in their homes!  And the weather report is promising another 5″ on Tuesday.  Well, that’s nothing….right????

And that’s it for today…I’m off to continuing some painting projects and some lighting tests in the studio.  I have a bunch of things spinning in my head for the studio, so it’s best to put that energy to good use while I have the time….

If you’ve stopped by, please leave me a comment so I don’t think I’m talking into the wind, ok???
