A touch of the Magic….{Loudoun County Photographer}

So last week at this time I was ending a day of Disney Magic with a yummy dinner at Kona Cafe in the Polynesian Resort.  My husband and I decided at the last minute to take a few days and enjoy the magic by using our Vacation Club membership and driving to enjoy the journey as well as the destination.  I had a clear calendar and we just squeezed in a few days of magic and the chance to meet up with some old friends too.

So while in Disney, I have my backup camera and “travel” lenses…and no longer run to document every moment of my trip, but I do look for new and interesting photo opps.  This trip is no exception, so the photos below are a bit of a hodge podge, but there is a method to my madness…especially with the “animals” in Animal Kingdom.  Although squirrels are not exactly exotic animals, this little guy pretty much posed for me, and actually followed me when I attempted to move on.  He was so cute, I had to give him a top billing!  The turtle was found in a section of Animal Kingdom I had never been in before (yes folks, even after 30 trips to Disney, I’m still finding places I’ve never been in before!), and the lion is a personal favorite as the lion is NEVER out, and when he is, he’s usually asleep on a rock and not showing his face.  So all in all, the oddest assortment of animals represents one of my best Animal Kingdom trips EVER for animal viewing!  The little things amuse me, folks.

So here they are…and I have a HUGE backlog of “real” photos to get up here, so don’t think I’ll be stuck on the personal life for long, folks…I promise!

    Love ’em, Patty!! Especially love the layout. I like when you do more personal stuff cuz we see the great lady behind the amazing photos. 😀

  2. Love these personal photos. And I’ll bet I know of a spot in Disney you’ve never been before. I even know someone who could get you there if you were inclined. 😉
